Anchor — EDO Platform

Built with a South Dakota economic development organization. Anchor ingests RFIs (site selection inquiries) and matches them against the region’s data — sites, workforce, utilities, incentives — to generate a structured response draft in hours instead of days. The team loved the tool but we couldn’t align on a scaling path; the project still showed me how much room there is to bring real software into small, under-resourced public-sector organizations.
